Job Description:
This job is responsible for leading a team of associates and ensuring adherence to all loan processing activities. Key responsibilities include eliminating roadblocks to achieve goals and providing awareness to associates on how their work fits into larger processes that impact the bank's customers. Job expectations include the ability to lead associates with a high-level of detail, while maintaining awareness of overall process and team results. This position may be responsible for the provision of residential mortgage loans, and as such, is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. Pursuant to the SAFE Act requirements, all employees engaged in residential mortgage loan originations must register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing. Since this position requires SAFE Act registration, employees are required to register and to submit to the required SAFE Act background check. Failure to obtain and/or maintain SAFE Act registration may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination.
Responsibilities:
- Interacts in a range of roles, adapting quickly to new demands and challenges and managing a high volume of work
- Motivates associates to meet production, quality, and service standards by providing coaching and feedback related to customer experience and problem resolution
- Works with Credit Policy, Compliance, Legal, and Direct Lending to drive process improvements
- Builds partnerships across the organization to ensure efficiency and achieve customer satisfaction
