Job Description:
Vice Chairman banker with 20-25+ years of experience, recognized market reputation and relationships across multiple industry groups and/or countries, outstanding track record of winning important strategic mandates; able to influence key decision makers at clients (CEOs and Boards) at critical junctures. Reports to the Head of GCIB. Will be aligned to a defined set of clients, in partnership with industry/country leads. Expected to report out regularly on a defined set of metrics (e.g., call reports, YTD revenues generated, product breadth). Compensation will be based on profitable revenue generated with appropriate forfeiture provisions. License requirements could include Series 7, 63, & 24.
