Job Description:
This job is responsible for promoting the adoption of disciplined investment processes aligned to GWIM CIO asset allocation guidance through the firm discretion strategy types of the Investment Advisory Program. Key responsibilities include driving adoption of CIO investment themes and high conviction strategies from third parties as well as the CIO through Advisor consultations and portfolio reviews/proposals. Job expectations include partnering with Advisory field leadership to identify FAs within their coverage markets that could benefit from the scale of a firm discretion approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Partners with Financial Advisors on creating a discipline investment process anchored in CIO guidance leveraging firm discretion platform
  • Assists in delivering holistic investment guidance
  • Assists advisors in position firm discretion solutions to clients in meetings
  • Collaborates with teammates cross ISG and CIO teams to deliver responsible growth for the team and the firm
