Job Description:
The Merchant Portfolio Manager will lead a team of Portfolio Officers who are the primary provider of dedicated coverage to select, higher complexity clients in the BB, GCB and GCBK portfolios. The client portfolios could be specific to an LOB or an industry vertical. The Merchant Portfolio Manager will partner very closely with our Merchant Executives, Merchant Officers and bank client teams by ensuring the Merchant Portfolio Officer proactively develops an account plan for each client within assigned portfolio. Portfolio Managers must understand industry trends and effectively position products and services to drive operational efficiencies to help their Portfolio Officers mine cross sales opportunities.
