Commercial Structurer

- Responsible for senior client coverage for direct owners of real estate and brokerage firms

- prescreen loan opportunities for fits with BAML loan programs; and work with underwriting in the review and quoting of loans

- manage the structuring and closing of loans along with the underwriter and closer assigned to transaction
