The Client Protection UAT role sits within the Strategy Integration team under Client Protection.

Job Description :

We are looking for motivated, detail‑oriented individuals from Claims Operations who possess strong process knowledge and are interested in transitioning into a User Acceptance Testing (UAT) role.

Responsibilities

The UAT Individual Contributor (IC) will support end‑to‑end testing of claims platform initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead and participate in end-to-end UAT cycles, including defining scope, test timelines, and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, and technology teams to understand requirements and convert them into UAT test cases and scenarios.
  • Create, review, and execute test scripts covering areas such as fraud workflows, claims processing, deposits, payments, and related banking functionalities.
  • Manage the defect lifecycle by logging defects, partnering with tech teams for fixes, and validating resolutions.
  • Ensure UAT activities comply with business rules, audit expectations, and regulatory requirements, and maintain detailed documentation.
  • Provide clear and timely updates to project teams and leadership via status reports, risks, and readiness summaries.
  • Support testers by helping them understand system flows, business logic, and expected outcomes.
  • Develop an understanding of how different banking systems and platforms integrate.
  • Supporting automation of creation and execution of test cases through testing automation tools.

Requirements:

Education – Bachelors/Master’s degree-preferably in Computer science.

Certifications - NA

Experience Range : 5 - 7 years

Foundation Skills:

  • Subject-matter expertise in Claims Operations.
  • Strong understanding of fraud prevention and billing dispute resolution processes across Debit and Credit products.
  • Flexibility to support multiple products and functional areas based on business needs.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Desired skills:

  • 5+ years’ experience in Claims Operations.
  • Highly organized, self‑driven, and proactive with a positive leadership mindset.
  • Working knowledge of basic project management concepts with strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated strength in planning, prioritization, and time management.
  • Strong understanding of fraud and scam trends and their evolving impact within the banking industry.
  • Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams including business users, developers, and QA partners.
  • Hands‑on experience with Claims platforms and systems such as FLASH, TSYS, BOLT, ENG, and EPIC.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in complex and rapidly changing environments.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a virtual or distributed team model.
  • Experience using defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Octane) to log, monitor, and retest issues.
  • Comfortable working across multiple operational and reporting systems.
  • Knowledge of databases for performing queries on tables using SAS / SQL.
  • Experience in test case automation using Selenium is a plus.

Shift Timings : 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM - Candidate must be willing to work for flexible shift timing as per the business requirement.

Location: Gurugram / Mumbai / Gift City / Hyderabad.
